Fish 2 Water is run by me, Dee! I want everyone to LOVE the open water as much as I do. To have fun, reap the benefits and be safe.

I have developed a range of courses to build knowledge, confidence, strength and technique in the water. In addition to developing skills I also offer courses to help improve lifestyle.

Private Coaching

I offer private sessions so that you can focus on the skills you are looking to improve without the constraints of a group setting.

These lessors are tailored to your specific goals and aspirations. Available for either adult or juniors (6+), on your own as a 1-2-1 or shared with a group of friends. 

Open Water Adventures

I’m all about adventure and experience, done in the right way with the right knowledge we can have the best time.

I offer sunrise swims, sunset swims, full moon swims, solstice swims, beachy head swims, pier swims, mental health swims, cold water swims, night swims etc….

Group Sessions

Offering a wide range of Adult courses from the Novice to the Competitive to the Inquisitive.

In the warmer months Junior courses run throughout the holidays covering everything from water confidence, water safety and open water swimming skills.

How can swimming in the open water help both your physical and mental wellbeing?

Getting outdoors and into the fresh air is frequently recommended for our health and there is now ooooodles of research and evidence that shows cold water/open water swimming, dipping or both…the SWIMBLE does wonders for our state of mind.
