Welcome to Fish 2 Water based in Eastbourne, East Sussex

Fish 2 Water is run by me, Dee! I want everyone to LOVE open water sea swimming as much as I do, to have fun and be able to swim safely. I have developed a range of courses and coaching services to build knowledge, confidence, strength and technique in the water.

You can now book private sessions, coaching courses and one-off events with Fish 2 Water online!

Private Coaching

I offer private sessions to focus on whatever you need. These sessions can be for adult or juniors, on your own as a 1-2-1 or shared with a group of friends.

We can video your swimming technique to give visual feedback which can be fundamental in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of your stroke.

Water Confidence Sessions

Water confidence sessions are open to children age 6+.

In these sessions children will learn about safety in, on and around the water, feeling relaxed in the water and beginner swimming skills. They will learn through fun games and activities.

Group Sessions

Are you happy swimming in a pool but fancy a bit of the great outdoors? or, love the sea but would like to be able to swim better?

There are many skills to learn in open water, whether you are swimming for fitness or to improve efficiency and speed.

Group sessions are available for ages 6+.

Would you like more confidence in the water?

Perhaps you used to swim competitively as a child, maybe you’re looking for different ways to exercise outdoors or you’d like your child to be more confident and knowledgeable in the water. Whatever the goal, I can help get you there safely and confidently.
