I offer a range of Open Water Coaching Services for JUNIORS OR ADULTS
You may want to have a gentle introduction to open water/ cold water swimming, learn front crawl or you might be looking to sign your child up for a course of lessons to help improve their confidence in the water.
For JUNIORS I have structured groups by age and for ADULTS by ability and goal.
Private sessions are available and can be tailored to suit yours or your child’s needs and goals.
For all non swimmers or those with a debilitating fear or water my suggestion is to start in the pool and progress to the open water.
