Level 1 Open Water Coaching for adults is aimed at novice/completely new open water swimmers/dippers

I will guide you through the practical knowledge you will need to safely swim in the sea.

The benefits of open/cold water swimming are phenomenal:

  • Being outdoors and at one with nature
  • Increased positive mood

These sessions run for 3 or 4 weeks of the month and consist of:

  • A 10 minute pre swim chat/ risk assessment
  • A wonderful swim with basic coaching
  • Time for a hot drink and chat after

Cost: 3/4 sessions – £30-£40
