⭐️  Level 2 – Learn Front Crawl Open Water Coaching for adults ⭐️

🏊🏻‍♀️  These sessions are for adults who have completed the LEVEL 1 Introduction or those that can confidently swim breaststroke in the sea but would like to progress to Front Crawl 🏊🏾‍♂️

This is a course of 4 sessions on Wed 6th July, Thursday 7th July, Wed 13th July and Thursday 14th July at 6.00-6.50pm

  • Breath control
  • Body position
  • Timing
  • Stroke efficiency

​​These sessions are 50 minutes and consist of:

– A pre swim chat/ risk assessment

– A wonderful swim with expert coaching
