In this session i will guide you through the practical knowledge you will need to safely swim in the sea during the cold water winter months.

You will learn about:

  • Water safety
  • Tides
  • Currents
  • Wind
  • How to rewarm efficiently and effectively,
  • Kit choices
  • Plus you will meet like minded people and be invited to  join the Fish 2 Water Swim Tribe facebook group.

Itinerary: 

  • 25 minutes knowledge development on beach in warm clothes
  • 10 minutes get ready for swim
  • 20 minutes invigorating winter swim  
  • 25 minutes rewarming, hot drinks/ cake, rewarming breathing practice and time for Q&A/ chat.
